    Before raising money for your first deal, we thought the primary reason accredited investors would passively spend money on our deal would be due to the return. However, because there are other syndication and investment avenues to which a trader may go, offering solid returns can’t be the driving factor. So, if returns aren’t their primary motivation, what exactly is? We’ve reduced the passive investors’ three primary factors behind buying a rental syndication:

    1. My financial resources are in good hands

    2. I will be updated on relevant information on the offer

    3. The procedure is hassle-free

    Need #1 – Is my profit good hands?

    The attention when managing other people’s money needs to be capital preservation. As with any investment, you’ll find never guarantees – not for returns or the preservation of capital. So, I want to understand that you are proactively mitigating any major risks by the following these investing principles:

    1. Don’t buy for appreciation

    2. Don’t over leverage

    3. Don’t get forced to sell

    I also should trust you as being a person. I have to possess a good feeling about yourself and honestly think that you have my best interests in your mind. I need a boring investment with virtually no surprises. All I would like to do is read the monthly email updates and receive my distributions. So, to effectively provide investor distributions, generate a direct deposit, rather than sending checks inside the mail. If I do touch base using a concern, I want a simple resolution with minimal backwards and forwards. Therefore, you must proactively address potential concerns with your monthly updates and if an angel investor carries a concern, have a very solution available prior to replying.
